Commercial Wine Fridge

2025-08-04

The Commercial wine fridge features a vertical, front-opening door structure with three layers of insulated low-emissivity glass and a narrow stainless steel frame. Its interior is constructed of food-grade material with honeycomb air ducts. The shelves utilize beech wood telescopic rails, and a touchscreen is located in the door frame or upper edge. This professional, constant-temperature and humidity commercial wine cabinet is designed for both catering and retail settings.

Commercial Wine Fridge Features:

Large Capacity

The Commercial Wine Fridge has an effective capacity of 120–300 standard Bordeaux bottles. Typical dimensions are approximately 595 × 700 × 1800 mm and 900 × 700 × 1800 mm, corresponding to 10–14 sliding shelves. Each shelf has a load capacity of 20–25 kg, and the shelf spacing is fine-tuned from 70–115 mm to accommodate the varying shoulder sizes of Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne bottles. The door opening angle is ≥110 degrees, allowing for smooth loading and unloading of full cases. Adjustable front feet facilitate leveling, and a clearance of 8–10 mm under the door accommodates various flooring options.

Dual Temperature Zones

The upper and lower zones have independent temperature controls, ranging from 5–12°C and 12–18°C, respectively, with a control accuracy of ±0.5°C. Dual evaporators and variable-speed fans create a circulating air curtain to prevent crosstalk between hot and cold zones. Temperature zone switching is accomplished with a single touch of the touch panel. Night mode reduces the fan speed and dims the lighting, making it ideal for after-dinner meals. The temperature control panel supports switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The N-series temperature sensor has an accuracy of ±0.3°C and long-term stability better than 0.1°C/month.

Constant Humidity Protection

Electronic humidification and condensing recirculation combine to achieve a target humidity of 55–75% RH, with a drift of no more than ±5% RH. A built-in 0.8-liter water refill reservoir provides an audible alarm and displays an icon on the screen when water is low. Activated carbon filters and silver ion air ducts suppress odors. Micro-heated anti-condensation wiring around the door has a power of ≤6 watts per meter, ensuring moisture-free glass interiors, cork cracking, and wine label bulging.

Low noise and energy saving.

The inverter compressor uses R600a environmentally friendly refrigerant with a charge of 45–60 grams, a rated power of 120–180 watts, and an annual power consumption of approximately 180–260 kWh. Noise level is ≤40 dBA at 1 meter, and the compressor features soft start to minimize start-up and shutdown shock. Triple-layer low-emissivity glass and 80mm high-density insulation reduce heat flux, and the magnetic door seal has a leakage rate of <1%, maintaining stable acoustic and energy performance during business hours.

Durable exterior.

The exterior frame is brushed 304 stainless steel, and the side panels are color-coated steel with a salt spray rating of ≥72 hours. The door hinges have passed a 30,000-cycle opening and closing test, and the door is interchangeable. The glass offers a UV cutoff of ≥99%, and the light strips are available in 3000K or 4000K color temperatures with a color rendering index of Ra ≥90, ensuring accurate display of the wine label and liquid color. The shelf rails utilize ball bearing guides, ensuring a single-layer fully extended position deviation of ≤1 mm.

Smart and Secure

The door magnetic switch is linked to the lighting, and an audible and visual alarm sounds when the door is open for more than three minutes. High and low temperature, humidity abnormalities, and sensor failures are all displayed on the screen. It features a child lock and a programmable lock, and automatically restores settings upon power failure. Optional WiFi or RS485 communication allows for the export of 30-day temperature and humidity logs, suitable for HACCP documentation in the restaurant industry. Both electronic door locks and mechanical key options facilitate shift management.

Commercial Wine Fridge Application

Fine Restaurant Wine Display Wall

Located at the restaurant entrance or on the side wall of the main dining area, this 900×700×1800 mm dual-temperature commercial wine fridge features a convenient right-side access for serving wine. The upper zone displays red wines at 12–18°C, while the lower zone keeps white and sparkling wines chilled at 5–12°C. The light strip is set to 3000K to prevent distortion from cold light. The display switches to full brightness one hour before dinner and switches to night mode during service hours. Noise and drafts minimally impact diners' interactions, maintaining a stable temperature and humidity profile throughout the entire dining area.

Back-of-house wine room

The bar features two 595 x 700 x 1800 mm commercial wine fridges, two side by side, creating a wine preparation system with red wine on the left and white wine on the right. Price tag rails and date clips are added to the front edges of the shelves for first-in, first-out (FIFO) operation. The door magnetic switch, coupled with a timer alarm, automatically notifies customers if a wine is being taken out or placed for more than three minutes. During peak hours, the fan speed is increased to ensure rapid temperature recovery after the door is opened. Pre-shift inventory allows for a 24-hour temperature and humidity log to be viewed on the screen, making wine service schedules more efficient.

Hotel Executive Lounge

The built-in front air vent is installed behind the self-service island, with a 304 stainless steel door frame and metal baseboards creating a unified finish. Two temperature zones are used to serve white wine during afternoon tea and evening drinks, respectively. The door anti-condensation heating is always on to prevent glass fogging caused by low air conditioning temperatures. Inspections are performed by floor, and temperature and humidity data are aggregated via the RS485 bus. A scheduled defrost cycle is run every six hours at night, ensuring the set value is reached by the next morning.
