Dual Zone Wine And Beverage Cooler

2025-08-14

The Dual Zone Wine And Beverage Cooler is a dual-temperature wine and beverage refrigerator designed for separate storage and display of wine, carbonated beverages, juice, and mineral water. Its sleek design makes it suitable for both home and commercial front-of-house applications.

Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler Features:

Dual Temperature Control:

Left and right zones feature independent cooling and ventilation. The wine zone is 12–18°C, and the beverage zone is 2–10°C, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C. The unit returns to the set point within 10 minutes of door opening. The touch panel supports switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit, as well as one-touch zone switching. A door sensor signal activates the automatic return airflow to prevent cold air from directly blowing onto corks and causing dryness. Two day and night modes automatically adjust air volume and illumination.

Large Capacity Module:

The standard 24-inch Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler measures approximately 595×600×820 mm and can be raised to a height of 870 mm. The left section can accommodate 46–51 750ml Bordeaux bottles, with adjustable shelf spacing of 90–100mm. The right section can store 88–126 330ml cans or an equivalent amount of bottled water. Each shelf has a load capacity of 20–25kg, and when fully loaded, the deflection should not exceed 1mm.

Low Noise and Energy Efficiency

The inverter compressor is charged with 45–60g of R600a refrigerant, and a soft start function reduces startup shock. The Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler generates a noise level of no more than 38–40dBA at a distance of 1m, with a typical annual power consumption of 160–240kWh. Triple-layer low-emissivity glass and a minimum 70mm high-density insulation layer reduce heat flux. The magnetic door seal offers a low leakage rate and a stable operating curve over long periods of time.

Anti-vibration and stable placement.

The compressor's suspension damping and base rubber pads provide dual vibration suppression. The bottle holders are covered with soft-touch points, and the shelf rails have a cushioned return function, reducing vibration transmission to less than 0.5mm. The wooden wine racks feature shoulder bars on the front edge, ensuring smooth movement of burgundy and champagne bottles. The Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler features anti-tilt feet and a leveling bubble for intuitive leveling and safe front-of-house operation.

High-color rendering lighting.

The Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler features dual LED linear lighting on the top and side walls, with selectable color temperatures of 3000 or 4000, and a color rendering index of at least Ra90. The display trays feature an optional 6-degree tilt angle for clearer label reading from a distance. Door opening and closing triggers lighting on and off with a timer, and a scheduled percentage setting automatically dims the light during store closings or at night, saving energy while reducing glare.

Durable Door

The Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler features triple-layer, insulated tempered glass with a UV rejection rating of at least 99%. Available door frames include brushed stainless steel or anodized black aluminum. The hinges have a lifespan of at least 30,000 openings and closings and are interchangeable. The door opens at a greater than 110-degree angle, ensuring smooth loading and unloading of containers. The anti-fingerprint coating on the handles is easy to clean, ensuring a consistent, long-lasting appearance for front-of-house displays.

Intelligent and Secure

Over-temperature, water shortage, door ajar, and sensor anomalies are accompanied by audible and visual alarms and on-screen recording. Child lock and configuration lock provide dual protection. Power-off settings are automatically restored upon power-on, and 30-day temperature and humidity logs can be exported. Optional WiFi or RS485 communication is available for back-end integration, enabling HACCP documentation and store inspections for the restaurant industry.

Built-in Friendly

The Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler features front exhaust and shallow-depth construction, compatible with 600 modular cabinets. A recommended opening size is 600×600×830–880 mm, with a minimum of 20 mm of clearance in front of the door. The base leveling stroke is 0–50 mm, and a 60×500 mm return air duct is reserved in the kick plate. This ensures smooth heat dissipation and greater installation tolerance when built-in.

Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler Applications

Back-of-house wine storage in restaurants and pubs

The Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler is installed in the connecting area between the food delivery area and the bar. The left zone displays red wine at 14–16°C, while the right zone stores refrigerated sodas and tonics at 3–6°C. During peak evening hours, when customer traffic increases, the fan speeds up to return the temperature. A door sensor timer limits the duration of the door opening, ensuring a smoother connection between the kitchen and front of house. Restocking between table changes does not interrupt service flow, maintaining a stable temperature profile throughout the night.

Under the sommelier counter in a fine-dining restaurant

Recessed installation beneath the sommelier counter allows for front exhaust without taking up rear heat dissipation space. During the day, the right zone is set at 7–9°C for pre-cooling white and sparkling wines, while at night, the left zone is set at 16–18°C for preparing red wines to complement meals. Temperature zones can be switched with a single touch. The wooden shelf's buffered rails remain silent even during frequent openings and closings, allowing sommeliers to open bottles and serve wine in a low-noise environment, while customers can interact without being disturbed by mechanical noise.

Next to the imported wine end shelf in a boutique supermarket

Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Coolers are located on the side of the end shelf, aligned with the top of the display. Price tags are added to the front edge of the shelf to indicate the category and vintage. The right zone, set at 4–6°C, displays ready-to-drink cans and small bottles of soda, while the left zone, set at 12–14°C, displays a selection of red and white wines to take away. Electronic door locks are centrally controlled during non-business hours, and an alarm that indicates when the door has been opened for an extended period reminds the stockist to keep the door open, ensuring both inventory turnover and display compliance.

Company Pantry and VIP Reception Area

A dual-zone wine and beverage cooler is located in the conference floor pantry. The right zone provides sparkling water and soda at 3–5°C, while the left zone is for wine for meetings at 12–14°C. A noise level of 38 decibels at 1 meter does not interfere with phone calls. Door sensor statistics help management assess peak hours and restocking schedules. Power outage memory automatically restores settings after an accidental power outage by nighttime cleaning, ensuring meetings are not affected the next day.

B&B and serviced apartment front desk bar

A dual-zone wine and beverage cooler is built into the back cabinet of the reception desk. The right zone provides ready-to-drink beverages at 4–6°C, while the left zone is for check-in celebration wine at 12–15°C. The multi-language interface and quick temperature switching facilitate understanding for international guests. Check-out cleaning staff verifies door opening hours and temperature and humidity profiles against a log. Shelves are pulled out and wiped clean throughout the room, improving room turnover efficiency and ensuring a consistently clean and uniform front desk display.

Airport VIP Lounge Self-Service Beverage Wall

The Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler is located at the base of the self-service beverage wall in the departure area. While the door opening angle is limited, the shelves can still be fully extended. The right zone, at 3–5°C, provides ready-to-drink cold drinks, while the left zone, at 12–14°C, showcases wines favored by international passengers. The door's low-e coating reduces glare under high light levels. The system automatically increases the fan speed when the door is frequently opened, and delays door closing to prevent flickering, ensuring the set point is maintained even during peak passenger flow.
