Bodega Wine Cooler

2025-08-21

The Bodega Wine Cooler is a constant temperature and humidity wine display cabinet designed for wineries, restaurants, and boutique retailers.

Bodega Wine Cooler Features:

Dual Temperature Control

The Bodega Wine Cooler features independent cooling and ventilation in the upper and lower zones. The upper zone is 12–18°C for red wines, while the lower zone is 5–12°C for chilled white and sparkling wines. Temperature control accuracy is ±0.5°C. Dual evaporators with variable-speed fans return to the set point within 10 minutes after the door is opened. The touch panel supports °C/°F switching and one-touch temperature zone swapping. Night mode automatically reduces airflow and illumination, and the door sensor suspends backflow to prevent cold air from directly hitting the corks and causing dryness.

Large Capacity Module

The Bodega Wine Cooler measures approximately W900 × D700 × H1800 mm, with an effective capacity of 180–220 bottles. It offers 10–14 shelves, with fine-adjustable shelf spacing of 85–110 mm, and is compatible with both Burgundy and Champagne bottles. Each shelf has a load capacity of 20–25 kg, with a fully extended position deviation of ≤1 mm and a door opening angle of ≥110°, ensuring smooth loading and unloading of entire cases. The front-mounted, adjustable footrest with a travel range of 0–30 mm makes leveling more intuitive.

Constant Humidity Monitoring

The target humidity is 55–75% RH, with a drift of ≤±5% RH. Electronic humidification and condensation recirculation are integrated, and the Bodega Wine Cooler features a built-in 1.0 L water refill reservoir, providing audible and visual alarms when water is low, along with time stamping. The air duct incorporates an activated carbon unit and silver ion antibacterial coating. The door frame's anti-condensation heating wire has a power of ≤6 W/m. Water is prevented from forming on the inner glass surface, the cork maintains its elasticity and seal, and the wine label does not bulge.

Low Noise and Energy Saving

The inverter compressor is filled with R600a, rated at 120–180 W; noise level is ≤40 dB(A) at 1 m. Triple-layer Low-E glass and ≥70 mm high-density insulation reduce heat flux, resulting in an annual power consumption of approximately 200–300 kWh. A soft-start compressor reduces start-up and shutdown shock, ensuring a smooth operating curve throughout the day.

Vibration-Improving and Stable Storage

The compressor's suspension and base rubber pads provide dual vibration damping, reducing vibration transmission to <0.5 mm. The wooden shelves feature ball-bearing cushioned guides for smooth extension and extension, and the bottle trays have soft-touch contacts to prevent metal resonance on the bottle shoulders. The unit is equipped with anti-tilt feet and leveling bulbs, ensuring stable operation even when fully loaded.

High-Color Rendering Light Source

Bodega Wine Cooler features dual LED linear lights on the top and side walls, with selectable color temperatures of 3000K/4000K and a color rendering index of Ra ≥90. The display tray can be equipped with a 6° tilting tray for clearer label reading from a distance. A scheduled light control program runs the display at full brightness during business hours and reduces the brightness to 20–30% during closing hours, ensuring readability while controlling energy consumption and ensuring accurate color cast in photos.

Durable Door

Bodega Wine Cooler's triple-layer insulating glass blocks UV rays ≥99%. The door frame is available in 304 stainless steel or anodized black aluminum. The handles are coated with an anti-fingerprint coating for easy cleaning. The hinges have a lifespan of ≥30,000 openings and closings and are interchangeable. The magnetic seal has a leakage rate of <1%, ensuring a tight seal even after long periods of use.

Intelligent and Secure

Over-temperature, water shortage, door opening, and sensor anomalies provide visual and audible alarms, with a visible display. Child lock and user-defined locks provide dual protection. The Bodega Wine Cooler automatically restores settings upon power failure and supports exporting 30-day temperature and humidity logs. Optional Wi-Fi/RS485 backend connectivity supports HACCP documentation for restaurants and remote inspections of chain stores. Two sets of permissions, electronic lock and mechanical key, facilitate shift handovers.

Embedded-Friendly

The front exhaust structure is compatible with embedded installation. A recommended opening is 910 × 720 × 1820–1850 mm, with a 50 mm or greater clearance in front of the door. After leveling the base, the cabinet body is flush with the uprights. A 60 × 600 mm return air duct is reserved at the kick plate for smooth heat dissipation. The minimum turning radius for transport aisles is 950 mm or greater, simplifying installation.

Bodega Wine Cooler Applications

Fine-End Restaurant Wine Display Wall

The Bodega Wine Cooler is positioned at the entrance or on the side wall of the main dining area, using a dual-temperature design to display red and white/sparkling wines separately. The lights are switched to full brightness one hour before the evening market, and during service hours, the night mode reduces airflow and illumination. The door opening angle of ≥110° allows sommeliers to quickly load and unload bottles, and the temperature recovery logic maintains the set curve even with frequent loading and unloading, keeping the display clear and tidy throughout the night.

In a restaurant or tavern, the back-of-house wine room

Bodega Wine Coolers are located in the connecting area between the bar and the serving area, with upper and lower zones maintained at 14–16°C and 6–8°C, respectively. Year/region labels are placed on the front edges of the shelves for a more intuitive first-in, first-out (FIFO) system. A magnetic door timer limits the door's open time, and during peak hours, the fan automatically speeds up to recover temperature. Inventory and replenishment can be completed between table turnovers, without disrupting the flow of the front-of-house.

In scenarios with high traffic and frequent door openings, the system automatically increases fan speed upon door magnetic triggering and delays light shutoff upon door closing to prevent flickering. Triple-layer glass's UV protection protects corks in highly illuminated halls. A noise level of 38–40 dB(A) doesn't interfere with announcements or phone calls, allowing passengers to quickly locate their desired wines and ensuring efficient service.

Members' club dining area entrance

Serving as a visual wine menu display, the lighting program is synchronized with the banquet's rhythm, day and night. Electronic door locks with tiered authorization allow sommeliers and wait staff to access the cabinets with varying permissions. A 30-day temperature and humidity log supports internal audits. The soft-touch bottle holders ensure that full cases remain stable even during short-term storage, allowing for quick switching of display shelves without disrupting traffic flow during changeovers.

Open kitchen in an urban apartment

Suitable for both family dining and everyday use, the cabinets are recessed into the side of the cabinets, leaving a 50mm gap in front of the door to ensure ventilation. Night mode reduces illumination and air volume, operating at 38–40 dB(A) without interfering with communication. For impromptu gatherings, the lower zone is pre-cooled to 6–8°C for sparkling wine, while the upper zone maintains a temperature of 14–16°C for red wine. The set point is restored within 10 minutes of opening the door, ensuring a smooth rhythm for home use.
