Large Capacity Module

The Bodega Wine Cooler measures approximately W900 × D700 × H1800 mm, with an effective capacity of 180–220 bottles. It offers 10–14 shelves, with fine-adjustable shelf spacing of 85–110 mm, and is compatible with both Burgundy and Champagne bottles. A magnetic door timer limits the door's open time, and during peak hours, the fan automatically speeds up to recover temperature. Inventory and replenishment can be completed between table turnovers, without disrupting the flow of the front-of-house.
