2025-08-25

The Mini Wine Cooler is a compact Constant Temperature And Humidity Wine Cabinet designed for small spaces and light display needs. It can be embedded under a counter or placed independently, meeting the professional storage and display needs of homes and light commercial scenarios.

Mini Wine Cooler Features

Slim and Compact

The Mini Wine Cooler measures approximately 300mm wide, 575mm deep, and 820mm high. Its base can be adjusted up to 870mm. It can be built under a countertop with a net depth of no more than 575mm. A 20mm allowance is left in front of the door for heat dissipation. It holds 18 to 24 750ml Bordeaux bottles. Its five-tiered wooden shelves support a load capacity of 15 to 18 kg per shelf. It can be carried and positioned by one person.

Precise Temperature Control

The Mini Wine Cooler's single temperature zone covers temperatures from 5 to 18 degrees Celsius, with a control accuracy of ±0.5°C. The inverter compressor uses an R600a refrigerant charge of 28 to 36 grams, returning to the set point within ten minutes of opening the door. The touchscreen interface supports Celsius and Fahrenheit switching and features a one-touch child lock. Night mode automatically reduces air volume and illumination, making it ideal for quiet operation in guest rooms and open kitchens.

Constant Humidity Plug

The Mini Wine Cooler's target humidity is 55 to 70 RH, with a drift of no more than ±5°C. Electronic humidification on the condenser return line ensures dynamic moisture balance. A built-in 0.8-liter water refill reservoir provides an audible and visual alarm for low water levels and records the time. The air duct incorporates an activated carbon unit and silver ion coating. The door frame's micro-heating power is no more than 6 watts per meter, suppressing condensation and odor growth on the glass.

Vibration-Proof and Stable

The Mini Wine Cooler's compressor features a suspension and shock-absorbing design, while the rubber base provides dual vibration damping, ensuring vibration transmission of less than 0.5 mm. The wooden frame features ball-bearing slides with cushioned return, and the bottle holders are covered with soft-touch pads for smooth, clatter-free operation. The door hinge angle is greater than 110 degrees and interchangeable left and right. Front-mounted adjustable feet and leveling bubble facilitate leveling, ensuring stability even in confined locations.

High-Color Rendering Lighting

The Mini Wine Cooler features dual LED linear lights on the top and side panels, with a color temperature of 3,000 or 4,000, and a color rendering index of at least 90. The display tray can be tilted 6 degrees, ensuring clearer label reading from a distance. The door's magnetic contact illuminates upon opening and delays shutting off, supporting scheduled percentage-based light retention for more eye-catching displays during the day and automatically dimming at night for energy savings.

Durable Door

The Mini Wine Cooler's triple-layer insulating glass blocks at least 99% UV radiation. The door frame is available in brushed 304 stainless steel or anodized black aluminum, and the anti-fingerprint handle is easy to clean. The hinges have a lifespan of at least 30,000 openings and closings, and the magnetic seal has a leakage rate of less than 1%, ensuring a sealed and transparent appearance even after extended operation.

Universal Installation

The front exhaust of the Mini Wine Cooler is recessed into 600-module cabinets. The recommended opening is 600 mm wide, 600 mm deep, and 830-880 mm high. A 60 x 500 mm return air duct should be reserved for the kick plate. Electrical versions are available with 110-120V, 60Hz, and 220-240V, 50Hz power ratings, ranging from 85-120W, and flexible on-site connection.

Mini Wine Cooler Applications

Under an open kitchen island in an urban apartment

The Mini Wine Cooler is installed in a narrow spot behind the island. The front exhaust ensures zero clearance with the back wall. Recessed in front of the rear door, it leaves only 20 mm for smooth airflow. Before dinner, set the temperature to 12-14°C for dinner and wine pairing. After dinner, adjust to night mode to reduce illumination and airflow. Family conversations and movie viewing are uninterrupted by mechanical noise. The wooden shelf slides out for easy access and placement.

Minimal Bars in Boutique Guesthouses

Most mini bars are 600-module, with a narrow width to accommodate other appliances. During the day, welcome wine is displayed at 10-12 degrees Celsius. At night, the temperature is lowered to 20-30 degrees Celsius, ensuring the temperature profile is maintained while guests sleep. Check-out cleaning involves refilling the water dispenser, wiping the windows, and checking the 24-hour temperature and humidity log, completing the inspection and room turnover.

A mini wine cooler with a net depth of 575 mm is embedded against the wall, avoiding any obstruction in the operating area. During peak evening hours, the fan automatically speeds up to restore temperature. A door sensor timeout indicates the door is open, shortening the duration of the door opening. The beechwood shelves are marked with vintage and region on the front edge, ensuring smooth first-in-first-out operation. Cleaning and resetting are completed within ten minutes of closing.

Limited aisle width allows the mini wine cooler to be flush-mounted with the front exhaust. Low-E glass coating reduces glare and heat load in bright sunlight. During peak traffic, the system automatically increases the fan speed to maintain the set point. A door sensor timer limits door opening and delays light shutoff after closing to prevent flickering, allowing passengers to quickly locate wine labels and categories.
